Since we use the latest technology in AI Art Generation, we are able to offer you 12K quality art pieces! This is a whopping 12 times sharper, more detailed, and more vibrant than 4K Ultra HD! 

The Art Pieces generated by yourself are only available in 12x12″ (30x30cm) size, the quality of these pieces is adjusted to: 260 DPI 3K Quality.

DPI (dots per inch) refers to the number of ink dots that a printer can produce in one inch of printed material. The higher the DPI, the more detailed and sharper the printed image will be.

Yes, if you chose an Art Piece of our own collection, we provide you with an official ArtPieceAI certificate of authenticity!

If you generate your own Art Pieces, you can sign it yourself! This way you truly created your very own masterpiece.

In order to make a Rolled Canvas Art Piece ready to hang it needs framing. We have professionals on our team that deliver the best framing services in order for you to hang your Art Piece directly after delivery.

If you choose to not make use of that service, we recommend you to bring the Rolled Canvas Art Piece to your local trusted frame shop and let them prepare it to be ready to hang.

Frames And Framing Process

If you have chosen any option other than “Rolled Canvas” the Art Piece will arrive framed and ready to hang.

All our frames are made and handmade and inspected by professionals.

They are made from Czech pine wood, holding together a high-quality, durable cotton canvas.
We offer 4 different framing designs, and they all arrive ready to hang.

Prices include frames only if you choose any option other than “Rolled Canvas” at the time of ordering.

If you chose the option "Rolled Canvas" and you'd like to switch to a framed option, send us an email at info@artpieceai.com and we will make it happen.

The thickness of all frames are 1.2" or 3cm.

Returns

If you bought an Art Piece from our own collection, we offer a complete refund within 30 days if you are unsatisfied. For pieces that are generated by yourself, a refund is not possible, however. 

When you decide you return one of our collectives, you are responsible for the return costs and the proper packaging of your ordered Art Piece. 

You will be refunded the full amount after the work is returned to our office.

Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will make a decision together.

According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. ArtPieceAI covers the costs of repair in case of damage during delivery.

Shipment & Delivery

We ship all of our orders worldwide for free. We are able to provide this service because we work together with the biggest postal services (DHL, UPS, FedEx). All of our orders are shipped with Express service and are insured.

All Art Pieces come with free 100% insurance coverage.

Since we have an extensive contract with DHL, we offer free express shipping worldwide! This means we ship to every country in the world. Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery - even if you live on a desert island.

For Rolled Canvas orders: We carefully roll up the cotton canvas and place it in a protective tube and then ship it out.

For Framed orders: We carefully package the framed Art Piece and ship it out in a sturdy cardboard box.

Every framed piece will arrive fully insured and ready to hang.

Once the printing (and possible framing) is completed, the tracking code will be redirected to you and you will be able to see an updated tracking report in the system. If you ordered a framed Art Piece, DHL will reach out to the email or phone number you registered with us. They will give you the ETA.

 In case you have not received shipment tracking information, send us an email at info@artpieceai.com and we will share tracking details with you as soon as possible.

If in any case, you suspect the order to take longer than you anticipated, send us an email at info@artpieceai.com and we’ll inform you of the status of the order as soon as possible!
